Having trained thousands of individuals—from healthcare professionals and educators to corporate teams and community members—we understand that when an emergency happens, confidence is just as important as skill. About North Channel Solutions
North Channel Solutions, LLC is a woman-owned, veteran-owned business founded by Tiffany Ragsdale, RN, BSN, a licensed Registered Nurse in Florida. As a certified American Red Cross instructor, Tiffany brings her medical expertise and passion for education to every CPR, AED, and First Aid class—serving both adult and pediatric learners.

Our Services
Courses Offered
All courses provide a 2-year certification upon completion. We specialize in mobile training services, bringing the classroom to you. Classes can be taught at your home, workplace, or any convenient location of your choice.
First Aid Training
Essential life-saving techniques for injuries and sudden illnesses.
Adult CPR/AED
Learn how to respond to cardiac emergencies and effectively use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
Pediatric (Infant & Child) CPR/AED
Specialized training focused on the unique needs of children and infants in respiratory or cardiac distress, and use of AED.
Comprehensive Certification
Combined courses are available for those needing full First Aid, CPR, and AED credentials.
